Each time Zerorez has cleaned our carpets, the people have been punctual and are dressed in clean, pressed uniforms. Ricky was here yesterday and has cleaned our carpets a couple of times before. He took the time to place plastic guards on corners to prevent damage from the machine hoses. He used clean towels to wipe up water from the wood floors that abut the carpeted areas. Our first experience with Zerorez was when we were living in a rented condo while our home was being rebuilt after a fire. One of our dogs had made a mess on the carpet, and the landlady was coming over the next day. I happened to see a Zerorez truck in the parking lot and asked the technician if I could pay him to stop by and do a quick spot clean on his way out of the complex. Ricky not only cleaned the spot, but refused to take payment for it. He left a small bottle of powdered spot cleaner, which I call "magic dust" with us for the next, inevitable dog mess. We haven't even thought of having another carpet cleaning company clean for us, and I've lost count of the number of people I've referred to Zerorez. We're members of an online community bulletin board that reaches hundreds of homes in our area. I've posted remarks similar to those above about how happy we are with the work Zerorez, and especially Ricky, does for us and for our lovable, but often messy dogs.

For a 85 year old, that was very important. The companydid exact ally as they promised. I was not ( high pressured) in adding things I didn't,t need. Or could afford. The workman arrived as promised and was clean and friendly. There are some men that I would be afraid to let in my home, but not him. I have a bissell shampooer in my basement, but the work and effort wasn't,t worth it. My carpets are clean, beautiful and were dry very fast. Love Zero Rez
