Angel and Rich were our carpet technicians. They were both knowledgeable about ZeroRez and were sure to explain to us how it works. They even showed us the difference between he cleaned carpet and the dirty carpet. What a difference. I have never felt like we had a thorough carpet cleaning job until now. The overall high level of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. As well as how clean everything was at the end. We have had many dogs over in the past year as we are the designated dog sitters along with our dog, so things can get messy quick here.
