carpets were really cleaned, they had about 5 or 6 yrs of dirt in them. Josh and his assistant were courteous and clean and answered all of my questions. The carpeting looks like new.

Rich, the technician, was excellent. He walked me throughout our home before he started and explained what he would be doing in each room. When he finished, he took me to each room and had me look at them. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable. For sure I would recommend Zerorez to friends.

Product left no bad smell after the cleaning. Carpets felt nice a clean. Service was outstanding and very professional. Technician was not pushy when told no thank you to added services. He was quick efficient and helpful.
