At the time the Zerorez associate left our home, the carpets looked very clean. Time will tell us more, but we expect to be happy in the days ahead.

First of all Zach was so professional! He explained everything first and really knows his job! Our carpet is 27 years old. We have 4 cats, two dogs who on occasion have accidents. We have had the carpet cleaned many many times, Chem Dry, Stanley Steamer, you name them, and of course have our own little carpet cleaner. I said "Zach I bet you haven't seen a carpet this old and bad and he said oh yes" He did an a amazing job and for the most part all the pet stains came out. The loft carpet was just dirty and worn no pet stains and it looks great! He even got the "rust" stains that Stanley Steamer left last year when they didn't put a marker under the couch legs!
We will DEFINITELY recommend Zeroez to our friends and family. I heard advertisements for last few years on KOA but always thought it was just Denver area but when we got our Adams County magazine on preferred business Zeroez was one. .
When we are able to afford a new carpet you always be our first choice.

The professional way the young man looked at my carpet, made suggestions and gave me a figure and then proceeded to pre-spray the stains and then thoroughly clean the carpet. He was fast, efficient and thorough.Name removed.

Great job! We had both the carpets and grout cleaned.
The carpet is soft, not sticky like I am used to after cleaning. The tech worked to get the stains out of high traffic areas, and the 10 year old carpets look new! He had to clean the living room three times to remove the dirt from kids and dogs.
We also had the white grout in our kitchen and entry cleaned. It is white again! It looks new. I have cleaned it before, and it is time consuming and back breaking work. He was done in an hour.
The tech was friendly, professional, and efficient. Great work! I have already recommended their services to my mom!

I appreciate there being no chemical residue on my carpets. The process was explained thoroughly and understandably by the technician who was also friendly and considerate. My carpets look and feel clean and are odor free.

Although there was a hiccup with the online booking (web form said it was submitted, but never made it to the system) booking agent was very quick to get me a next day appointment with a late afternoon call after 5pm on a Friday. I was ready to just reschedule and she helped me get the appointment for the next day. I appreciate how prompt and professional the service technicians are. This is only our second time using your service, but the techs have been very thorough, courteous, prompt and unobtrusive.
