I have tried other carpet cleaning companies, and always felt that they did not do the best job, and their main goal was to upsell me on their other services. I was thrilled with John from Zerorez. He did an excellent job, was extremely professional, and a very hard worker. While he provided me information on additional services, he did not pressure me. I am very happy with Zerorez, and will stick with them!
