Scheduling was easy, you guys did a great job of reminding me of the appointment and letting me know what to do to get the most out of my service, Mariano called an hour prior to my scheduled window to see if he could come 30 minutes early, he was prompt, very professional and personable, worked hard and my carpets look great!

Friendly service, no odor

Polite attentive service. This is the second time we have used them. The first time we they revived an old dirty carpet and it still looks great.

Quick, reliable, great communication, and a FANTASTIC job with the results.

I like how clean the carpets got. They were able to get almost all of the red nail polish out of the carpet. It feels so good to have clean carpets. I also felt like the technician was reasonable with his price quote. You will pay for quality but its worth it.

I was very amazed at the Great attitude from your tech(John) and the info he gave me prior to doing the work. The job was finished in a short time and is wonderful. I am still a little confused on the fact that I don't have a copy of the bill, which was to be e-mailed to me.

Good communication, and handled my concerns

I love the green nature of the products! We have allergies in our home, and we experience absolutely no ill effects after Zerorez has cleaned. And the quality of their work is excellent. I can't say enough about John D who was our Cleaning Specialist. When he arrived, he immediately put on his boot covers so as not to track anymore dirt in to our home. He explained everything thoroughly to me so there were no surprises. Unfortunately I have white carpet and 3 dogs, so I wasn't expecting miracles. That said, my carpet looks unbelievably great! John was even able to get out some stains I've lived with for months. I couldn't be more pleased!

As far as I can tell everything looks good. The man that did the work was informative and did a good job.
