I like the fact that you do not put alot of chemicals into the carpet. We have used Zerorez twice now and both times we have been very satisfied with the end result and the people that did the cleaning. The people that came to clean were very conscientious and worked very hard to please us.
AJ was amazing! So courteous, so conscientious. He knows his carpet and upholstery. Told me step-by-step about the process he was taking to remove stains from my 23-year-old carpet and did an amazing job on my upholstery. It looks and feels so much cleaner.
