I thought your technicians were very friendly and did a great job explaining what's done for pet stains and about the protectant coat. They were very careful while cleaning as we just had our handrails stained and there is a loose baluster which I pointed out to them.

Great experience. Terry was very professional. I liked the black light demonstration that showed pet stains that were invisible to the eye. He explained to me all of my options , all of which were very affordable , and let me decide on the treatment I wanted. No pressure. Zerorez is a very professional company, employees are polite , and the cleaning capability is beyond what I expected.

I have referred Zerorez to people. I did refer Kathy Niebels (7933 S Trenton in Centennial) last year and did not get the $25 referral discount as Zerorez did not find it in the system and she did have you guys come out, a bit disappointing. Other than that, will use again
