I called Zerorez to see what they could do about a large dark chocolate stain on my carpeted stairs, (Don't ask! Ok, my dog got into the dark chocolate covered espresso beans and got very ill, but he's okay!) I didn't have high expectations, but Zerorez got the stain OUT! I was floored! They have always done a nice job for us, but WOW! I had never given them a challenge like that. The additional plus of being chemical free, I am a fan!
