The young man that did our carpets did an excellent job. He played with our dog for a few minutes to put him at ease. It is the best job we have ever experienced.

I thought in the past the technicians moved couches and our last service this did not happen. After I rearranged furniture I know have a shadow line where one couch used to sit.
Also, I have 1 smal area (1 sq ft) where it seems the cleaner missed the carpet area. The carpet has a crunchy feel to it.

Easy to schedule, products are not harsh chemicals, service was on time and quick and efficient. However, the price was expensive and the online estimate was not close to what I ended up paying. But overall, happy with the results and service!
