Your service tec was very polite and explained everything he took great care considering the weather was less than pleasant yesterday. I do however still smell doggi Poe and I'm wondering if its because of the lack of soap.

No residue. The person who cleaned my carpet was very professional and did an EXCELLENT job. I called the company and told them how well he did right after he left. He listened carefully to what I wanted done and did it. I asked that certain areas be given a little attention and he did so. He was polite. I liked that you put guards on the corners of walls so they don't get damaged.
No chemicals and fast service. The carpet wasn't sticky with soap and looked great even after it dried. The technician was great!
