Very easy to set up the appointment and then no problem when I needed to reschedule. There was a concern if the equipment would reach my apartment but you were willing to try - and it worked out. Josh contacted me within the time window and 30 minutes before arrival. He did a great job on carpet and rugs that were way overdue for a cleaning. Very satisfied.

The guys did a great job explaining to us what our choices were and then got to work on the
job. They were really careful of all our stuff and helped my husband move everything so almost
all the carpet was cleaned. The carpets looked 100% better than it did when they started. They also did the ceramic tile in the bathroom and it turned out very nice, as well.
Thank you for the best guys on the job, really respectful and very nice the whole time they were working their tales off.
Only thing my husband would have liked to see was the use of the ultraviolet light after the carpets were done to compare. But it was late and he forgot to ask.
