Client Testimonials

I like that you clean carpets and tile. The work performed was outstanding and the worker came back for any additional work

Had both my house and my mom's house cleaned and both times your personnel were very friendly and hard working. They did a great job.

My technician was courteous and prompt and did a great job!

Absolutely fantastic service!! Carpets look great. Thank you!!

The tech Juan was very efficient & friendly. The carpet looks good except for a couple of spots I found when I was vacuuming.

Great job, reasonable price!

Service providers are courteous and do a nice job. Carpet dries quickly.

No pressure and nice clean

Loved your technicians, Luis and Pepe. Both were friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Technicians AJ and Thomas were very professional and did an amazing job on our carpets. I wanted to hold my comments until after everything dried and I am completely pleased with the results. The carpets are definitely softer than I expected and there is none of that weird ‘just cleaned carpet’ smell.

Very good technician. Treated carpeting looks great.

My carpets look very nice and clean and I don't smell like chemical smells. My carpets dried fast. The service person called me when he was on the way. He used the rubber protectors to keep my corners safe from the hose rubbing. I used another company once they didn't use the protectors and messed up several of my wall corners...

We were very pleased with our Zerorez experience. Our carpet cleaner was Steve, and he was fantastic! He was very professional and thorough. He called us when he was on his way, and then explained all of our services and pricing. He answered all of our questions and was very nice. He did a great job and our carpets look great!

We love your service!
Ricky was our technician and he was prompt, polite and efficient. Our carpeted areas as well as the area rugs look fabulous! Ricky was honest about what he could do, and didn't charge us for a small area rug that was stained. Everything else he cleaned exceeded our expectations! He was also fast and everything dried in an hour. WOW!
We have a lot of allergies in our family, and we love the no-chemical/ no-smell/ no-crunchy carpet cleaning you provide.
Thanks!

great service.. attention to detail was great.

Timeliness, friendliness and quality of service.

On time, professional and a great job. Thanks.

Nice technician seem to do a good job I haven't seen it since it's ride so I'll tell you later how I liked it.

Great service - not expensive, cleaned efficiently on site and it looks as good as new!

Fast, efficient and my carpets look great.

Zero showed up in the first half of the provided two-hour-window that we scheduled. Both guys were very polite and took the time to wear shoe covers and lay down mats and guards to prevent marring the wall corners. I really appreciated (I believe it was) James and Elijah/Isaiah (sorry:)
The two of them did a walk through and asked a few questions. They shared with me their game plan and got to work. The both of them did a wonderful job on the carpet throughout the house. I will for sure be using Zerorez in the future.

Great service !

It seems like no matter how dirty you just leave behind squeaky clean carpets with no odors from chemicals. Professional people and on time or they contact you. Thanks Zerorez

Steve explained things thoroughly and was very professional. Did not waste time and was very pleasant.

You get the job done! My carpets are clean without any sticky residue, there is minimal dry time and I’ve always had friendly and hard working techs!

I was very satisfied with Elijah's work. However, this was a re-do of a former cleaning three months ago because the former stains came back. I'll have to see if this cleaning does the trick.

Customer service and quality!

Did a great iob

Enjoying my clean carpet, dried overnight with fan on. Walking path gone ! They make sure you like their work , thanks !

Best carpet cleaning results I've ever had and love that there are no harmful chemicals left behind. Highly recommend!
