Every one was great. Scheduling was easy. They were able to get to our house in less than one week. We were given a time window and they called to let us know when they were on their way.
Brandon did a great job. Our carpet had been cleaned just 6 months ago by another carpet cleaning company. Our carpets were wet, smelled like toxic chemicals and really did not look any cleaner. It took 2 days for the wetness and odor to dissipate.
We had elder pet issues, dirty carpet and a rug that needed a little help. Brandon was able to identify the best cleaning treatments and stain protectants. He was very thorough, professional and I feel the price was more than reasonable. The pile of the carpet looks fresh and clean and there is no odor.
