Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. Technician was on time and explained the method of cleaning. The carpets dried quickly and were much more colorful than before the cleaning. I would definitely recommend the service. I plan next to have Zerorez clean my couches and mattress.

Carpet is clean and soft, not crispy, and the process is quieter than previous cleaner. Jaz was pleasant and polite, and did a great job for us!

Guys arrived right on time. Both were "clean cut", and very professional.. They took a tour of our home, and then went right to work. When they finished the carpet look outstanding, even a couple of really bad spots cleaned up beautifully. After it dried it felt like brand new carpet, I had very high expectations and I was not disappointed.

I like there is not alot of water or steaming. So far our carpet looks good. Spots are not there but it only got cleaned yesterday. Technician Thomas was so nice and polite and explained everything perfectly.

The best part about getting my carpets cleaned by Zerorez is that they were completely dry within 5 to 6 hours after the cleaning. Other cleaning companies usually take up to 2 days to dry. I was very happy with the cleaning results and the technician was very nice.
