What do you like about our products and services?

Alexander was the rug cleaner I had and he was especially caring of my house and very thorough in cleaning my couch, ottoman and rugs. They looked great afterwards and were almost immediately dry.

We had part of our house done in December, because my wife wanted to use Stanley Steamer and not Zerorez. I told her since I am paying for this I will use the service I wanted to. When she got home she thought we had new carpet put in. The technician that did that cleaning did an unbelievable job. And thank you very much. In January my wife decided to do more of the house, and I have to say that that technician did not do nearly as good of a job as the first. rest assured I will continue to use your services in the future.

Your process is fantastic and Zak did a great job. He is an excellent representative of Zerorez. He did a very thorough cleaning of our carpets and “up-sold” us on cleaning an area rug (we’re glad that he did). Everything looks clean and fresh. We’re so pleased with the results that in a few weeks we’ll schedule Zak to return and do his magic on the carpets on our lower level. Thanks Zerorez, from your loyal customers.

I like the fact that u don’t use chemicals. My house feels so much cleaner now also am glad I had my couch cushions cleaned. What a difference.
