Kenny explained all of the options for pet stain removal and also explained the entire process thoroughly before the work began. Very polite when I asked all of my questions especially regarding tile and grout service. He took the time to sample a tile area to show me how clean they could get the grout. I will definitely be contacting ZEROREZ again for any future tile and carpet needs!
