The rep who came out here, I am sorry I forgot his name, was great! He was 2 hours early and helped me move all my furniture around to give him access to the carpet. He was able to get 3 really big stains out and get the main runway thru the living room completely clean! I had completely forgotten what color my carpet is. LOL Thank you Zerores for getting my carpet clean! Y'all are the best!

Thomas, the carpet technician, was fantastic! We had minor stains in our living room that he cleared up easily, but the stains we had underneath our dining room table were nasty.

He spent the time to clean up the dining room, and it looks better than when we first bought the rug.

And....my kids loved him. He talked to them while he worked, explained what he was doing, and made them feel like they were part of the process.

I will have Zerorez over again in the next few months and hope we get Thomas!

I have used your company fro probably 4 years. You always schedule your cleaning promptly. I have a young man by the name of ZAC do the cleaning this week. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. He completed the cleaning in a short time. He called before he showed up. He also came an hour before we were even scheduled.
