I was so impressed with your service. Ben, the carpet cleaner that serviced my rugs was right on time and gave me a call to let me know he was almost to my house. He was very polite and carefully went over all costs and options with me. Most importantly I did not feel that he was judgmental at all. My rugs are older and I have a dog and two cats so they definitely needed a good cleaning. Ben was very professional and matter of fact as to what Zerorez could do and what I could do. Needless to say the final results blew my expectations away! All of the stains were gone and it has been over two weeks and I am not seeing any signs of the stains coming back as so often happens with other cleaners. An added is plus is how soft my rugs feel now. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again!

My initial cleaning occurred on July 24th with Noah as my technician. Noah was very polite and was respectful of my home. I did have several coffee stains on the carpet that Noah worked to remove. It appeared the stain was removed but after the carpet dried a shadow of the stain remained. Overall, Noah did a great job I just had a stain that was bit more stubborn that the others.
I called for a follow up after the faint coffee stain reappeared, Kenny (and I can't recall the other gentleman's man) showed up and worked that stain into submission. They even re-cleaned a hall area knowing it would likely see the most traffic. They were great.
I will recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

I appreciated the whole process with Zerorez Denver. I was surprised when I was able to schedule the carpet cleaning within 1 day. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech checked our carpet for stains from pets before starting the cleaning process which made me feel very confident that our carpets would be cleaned correctly. Great Company!!

The order process is super easy online. Our technician called 30 minutes ahead to let us know we were coming, was on time, was very nice/pleasant. We also thought the technician was respectful to our home, which is rare these days. I enjoy t he Zeroez uses bumpers for the corners so their tubes aren't rubbing on our house. No complaints here!
