Your technicians Have been helpful and always polite . My only comment with my experiences with you is that they do not realize that it takes a good 24 hrs or more for the heavy traffic areas to dry, fans and all.

Services were exactly as advertized. Representative on phone was friendly and told me options, quoted a price, told me what to do and expect, and set up an appointment the next day. Service technician called about 30 minutes before scheduled arrival, showed up on time, was friendly and professional, did a walk-through and quoted price I had expected, we then added a couple of services at my request at a resonable price, he did the work, took precautions to protect my walls and corners from the hoses, cleaned the carpets, pointed out stains I hadn't noticed, gave advice on how to treat similar stains in future, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up, charged me the agreed upon price, and left. Most importantly, my carpets got cleaned. What more could you ask for?!?

Nathan Martinez was the service tech that came and cleaned my carpet. He was very nice and polite and explained the process of how the carpet is cleaned with the equipment and products that are used. It had been a while since my carpet had been cleaned in the two bedrooms and the stairs.They were really dirty and i took before and after pictures and i am very happy how my carpet looks now and i feel much better that its clean now. My carpet is 20 years old. it really nice going up the stairs and in the bedrooms and seeing clean carpet now. Thank You very much for for cleaning my carpet and area rugs and doing a great job!
