Services and staff are excellent. I like products for carpets but not the best sealer for grout on the market.

I had one room in my house that was a mess. Stains that I didn't think would come out. I thought there was a good chance I would need to replace the carpet. I hired Zerorez for the cleaning of 3 rooms plus the additional treatment for the badly stained carpet. Fortunately the carpet cleaned up perfectly. What I especially liked was that there was no odor whatsoever, no chemical smell. The technician was professional and careful while working in the house.
