I've been with ZeroRez for years, and have always, every time, been really satisfied.
This time wasn't quite up to par for what we usually see with Zero Rez, although
Damian is really a gentleman and a very nice guy. I made him a salad and cookies for
his ride home. I think the guys often go without meals to meet their daily schedule..
I wondered if the products have changed? Someone is coming tomorrow because the
only area which was done with the heavy duty cleaning (for pet stains $150 small area)
has yellowed and old stains I've not seen before have evidently come up through the
Jute and pad. I've heard of this happening, although even tho animals have been in the
home since it's inception, that has not happened before. I've never had the heavy duty cleaning in an area before either. Thus, someone has to come back to see if it can be
rectified. If it doesn't clean up, please request a refund from Shane/and/or Jason for the
$150. I'll still use Zero Rez because we have always been happy in the past, and realize
that there may always come a "first time." I just won't opt for the extra duty clean.Thank

Zerorez was incredibly accommodating! I had an emergency clean up (pet poop disaster) that I got cleaned up as much as I could and needed professional help. I called first thing in the morning and even though they were booked solid for the day, they managed to fit me in. They even did it on my schedule!! Evan, the technician was super nice and got everything and then some cleaned!!
The guy that came to my house was very nice and knowledgeable. My carpets came out great and dried pretty quickly.

After job I was very smnazed of the job he did getting my carpets cleaned. I would recommend Zerorez to others, and request his talents again. The end results were just as important to him. He's dedicated, knowledgeable, and enjoys what he does and who he represents. I appreciate that very much!

The worker was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The quality of the carpet cleaner was excellent. I also appreciated that the corner protectors were put in place. I regularly get my carpet cleaned, and I had not found a carpet cleaning company that I would go back to. I believe this is the cleanest my carpet has been in a while. The cost is a little more than I have been paying, but not so much more that I wouldn't pay it again to have the all-around quality.
In short, I will be calling this company for my next carpet cleaning!

They're GREEN! We used to dread the chemical blast of other companies. And--they're a wonderful green. The carpet IS really clean. The house always smell great after the cleaning.
