I like that Zerorez doesn't leave a residue on carpets and that they dry quickly. Most of all, I appreciate Mike B. who came ahead of the window of time I was given and cleaned my carpets with great care. He was friendly, courteous, accommodating, and efficient. He left my carpet looking like new. He was considerate in wearing a mask for my safety. He's a real asset to the company. I will ask for him specifically when I need to have my carpets and floors cleaned again. Zerorez is lucky to have such a hard working, fine employee.

Excellent job. There was one Small area that the technician missed.It was very noticeable because our technician did such an incredible job cleaning the carpet. But as soon as I noticed it they came out immediately and rectified the situation. And it looks great.
