Technician Rickey Brown is the reason. He is excellent and makes sure the carpets are perfect before he leaves. i only use Rickey Brown to do my carpets.
Love the way our light color carpet looks. My cat gest sick often and even had a pink stain from her and ZeroRez was able to get all stains out! I much prefer ZeroRez over other companies!

How clean my carpets are after a very thorough scrubbing and the care that is taken to not damage anything with the hoses etc. options were all explained along with benefits and cost so that I would be as happy as possible with the job. The best part is how clean my carpets stay over the months to follow!
