That you only use water.
It sounds silly but I really like that the techs wear booties in the house. I had my carpet cleaned last weekend and Michael did a fabulous job. It was quick, clean & dried quickly. Low to no odor which is also important to me, I’m allergic to artificial fragrances. I just had another very large company come over yesterday to give me an estimate on sofa cleaning. When he didn’t put boot covers on I asked him to, which resulted in a blank look and he went and got a tarp. So I called Zerorez back and scheduled the couch cleanings.
