The service was great and the tech conscientious. I thought it was quite expensive however. I had pet issues and deep cleaning was needed. $50 a spot adds up quickly.
Informed tech. On time, explained pros and cons of service. A few stains were not removed because of severity of dirt. He was professional and was hard working young man.

I am very pleased with the customer service response after my area rugs were done but I still saw some spots that needed to be redone. You immediately reset another appt. and I am happier with the results.

Jamal did a phenomenal job. He was thorough and really took his time with the cleaning process. It was as if he was cleaning his own furniture. LOL. On top of that, we love the process that you use. No soap or harsh chemicals and a fast drying time. Will definitely be using you guys again.

Service is prompt and the service person is very polite.
The technician was very knowledgeable, but I was upset he did not do what I wanted him to do. In the future if I use Zerorez again I will ask for a different technician. All I wanted him to do was to re-wash the spots that did not come up. A year ago when we did this, Zerorez came back and rewashed the spots and the spots all came out great. For some reason the technician wouldn’t do that. So I used my rug doctor and got most of the spots up. If he had rewashed them like I asked, the spots would’ve fully come up.
