Our carpet was very soiled and now it looks like new. This is not a new carpet and we have had many Labradors running around on it. Our expectation that the carpet would not look great exceeded our expectations. This non-soapy/chemical cleaning is fantastic.
We were impressed by Tanner, who walked the house with us as I pointed out areas that needed special treatment. He was thorough, careful with his equipment and we are very pleased.
