Flexible scheduling, communicative office and tech staff, informative and friendly technician. Good results, too, on a VERY old and much-used basement carpet.

I appreciate our tech arriving on time, my carpets are cleaned in record time and even though my carpet is older, it looks new again! Special care was taken to avoid any damage to our baseboards. And the carpet dried so quickly that made it possible to put our furniture back within a couple hours. Quite pleased.

The professionalism and and the variety of services offered. The cleaning tach told me exactly what he was going to do and offered other options along the way. He made sure to clean up after he was done for example wiping down wood flooring that was near the carpets we had cleaned. He arrived on time with a phone call when he was on his way.
