Great service and carpets look great

The appointment went very well. The service person was likeable, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I assumed he would be here for hours but he got the job done and done well in a very reasonable amount of time.
My only suggestion would be that whoever performs the services wear shoe coverings during the service as there were many areas with shoe prints with either water or the chemicals used. It was not terrible but tile areas needed to be mopped afterwards.
Otherwise excellent service and a pleasant one…

The service was quick and efficient. I was called beforehand, and you've sent emails confirming the date. But mostly it was the man you sent out. Jamal was amazing! He went over everything first and what he was going to do. Just a very nice guy. Took his time to listen to any concerns I had. I will be requesting him again. And I have already recommended Zerorez and Jamal to some neighbors. And the carpets of course are nice and clean again.

Totally professional, from setting the appointment to having the service completed. Your service technicians were timely, polite and very professional. We went over what I requested and before getting started I was given a quote and asked if I had any additional questions. Carpet and rugs look great. I especially appreciate the pet treatment, since we have three dogs and the fast drying time. Couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend and have you back!

I like the process you use so that the carpet smells fresh and clean and the fibers are softer. So many carpet shampoo companies leave a strong chemical smell after cleaning.

Great customer service by Kayla in getting us set up the day after I called. Excellent technician in Andrew. Very thorough with his explanations and very courteous. Best experience was with Michaela (sic) when she handled my concerns about not receiving my Valpak and Senior discounts on the revised invoice prepared by Andrew. We were overcharged $188 and she handled the refund in less than 20 minutes. Also very courteous with excellent telephone skills. Our overall experience with Zerorez was above expectations and we really appreciated the courteous and professional manner of your staff.

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning all 3 rooms. I appreciate being called and told his arrival time. He clearly explained your cleaning method and procedure. He didn't hurry through his cleaning (like he just wanted to complete the job and move on to the next one) and took great care in protecting the corners and other flooring. He was very polite and pleasant....the whole procedure went smoothly and efficiently. The carpets look great, and there was so product odor. I'll definitely use your service again.
