We have used you guys for years. We recently put hardwood floors in our upstairs, so you will continue to clean the carpet downstairs. However, I was disappointed in what you charged doe my area rugs. I had a total of 4 area rugs and two runners. It costed me as much as it would have if I would have had carpet upstairs. I was not offered any sort of loyalty discount to my knowledge and that was disappointing. Don't get me wrong I love the product you guys supply and the work you do however just disappointed in the cost of what was charges to get my area rugs cleaned.

Your guys came when they were scheduled. They walked through the house and gave me a quote on what needed to be done. They were professional and got right to work.

The entire Zerorez experience was very positive from the individual who made the appointment to the very polite and professional man who cleaned the carpet to the excellent job that the Zerorez product does in cleaning the carpet.

Clean carpets and no soaps and very reasonably priced.

It's still a little early I'm waiting to see how long it stays clean but the young gave his all.

I like the idea that you don't put aot of soap in my carpet. It really comes out clean and actually dries fairly quickly.
