The service technicians are great!
Zerorez leaves the carpet without any residue and it is only lightly damp right after the cleaning so that the carpet is completely dry with 4 hours. We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past that leave with the carpet soaking wet that takes days to dry. Not to mention leaving the carpet feeling stiff and nasty. Zerorez is just amazing though! The carpet is nice and soft and looks like new. Tanner was very kind, informative, and professional! Will definitely seek your services again in the future.

Nate phoned about 30 min before arriving. He put "scrubs" on his shoes. We talked about what I wanted done. He asked about the stains -- food, animal, etc. He put the little foam blockers on the furniture that couldn't be moved. He went to work and was done in good time.
