The young man who provided the service, Gerardo. He was polite friendly and professional. He explained the process and informed me how to keep everything awesome. I originally only wanted my upholstery cleaned but he did such a great job and I trusted him. So I said “Let’s do the carpet too!” Fortunately he had extra time. My house looks great!

Our couch and chair were very doggy with a lot of stains. Cody tried to clean the cotton fabric but said it would just make the stains more pronounced and that the problem was probably in the filling. He was honest with me that it was a waste of my money to try to clean the fabric.
I really appreciate his honesty. I will certainly call Zerorez again because I believer they tell it like it is!
