The carpet looks fantastic! Our beloved pet, Jake, crossed the rainbow bridge in June and we needed to refresh our carpet (we also have a 2.5 year old son who leaves plenty of messes on the carpet). We treat the carpet ourselves with a carpet cleaning machine, but we could see it wasn't powerful enough to deep clean the carpet. ZeroRez had a great coupon this month, so we decided it was a good time to try them out and we are very happy with the results. Our tech, Cody, was professional, friendly, and thorough.

They were right on time .. the carpet technician was wonderful friendly knowledgeable and very considerate of my home.
My carpet is almost 20 years old when I came home that day I was amazed at the difference.. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

Our technician, Christian N., arrived on time on Monday July 26, 2021. He was quite personable, friendly, and professional. Before starting the job he explained the entire process, told us about the advantages of the extra protectant, and gave an estimated time of completion. He then set about doing the job in an efficient and thorough manner.He completed work at his previous estimate.

I would gladly recommend ZEROREZ and Christian to anyone wanting a highly professional carpet cleaning.
