I like the results that the Zerorez process gives me. The cost is reasonable and the team was very polite and professional (Keegan and Angel). This is the third time I've used Zerorez because I feel that the carpet gets cleaner than with other methods. Also, I like the fact that they bring everything needed and don't have to connect to my water in any way - and also take everything with them that they pick up. The team wore masks upon request and also foot coverings. The carpet was dry by the next morning. It felt a bit stiff from the moisture but I will vacuum again to fluff it up a bit but it looks really nice. Thanks.

I had read the positive reviews on line and heard your advertising on radio and thought let’s call. My carpet is 20 years old and quite soiled from the wear and tear. The stairs had a visible foot trail and there are 4 flights. My expectation was not very high and I don’t have time to get them replaced before I have to relocate. Not only was the technician early, he was courteous, thorough in his questions as we walked through the areas, and he was fair in his pricing. The bedrooms, hallways, and stairs came out incredibly clean. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the outcome.

Most importantly, our white carpets are really white again compared to the "other guys" who have done our carpets for many years. All the hard to remove meaning" impossible stains " are now GONE. Everything was smooth and no hassle -- Booking was easy: the zerorez office called a couple of days ahead to confirm and the tech, Dakota, called 30 minutes before his arrival. We appreciated that the tech was covid-wise since we are in our 70's and still a bit cautious after the last 18 months. Dakota was vaccinated, wore a mask, and shoe booties while in the house. He was very customer oriented, pleasant, and very diligent in making our carpets look AMAZING ! We will be calling zerorez for our next carpet cleaning.
