I have a 20 yr old carpet in a rental unit that may have never been vacuumed by the male tenants of 20 years. Your wouldn't believe the excessive fine silt I vacuumed. Disgusting! Stains were never cleaned either. It’s a quality carpet though, and because of major costs; new air conditioner, water heater, 5 appliances, remodel both bathrooms, paint, etc., I just didn't have the funds to replace the floor. I hoped the carpet could be saved. I spent a good 4 hours removing stains on about 600sf of carpet, but it still looked pretty sad. Took advantage of Zerorez special. Was amazed, so I decided to have them do the stairs and basement bedroom, etc. Again, I worked beforehand removing stains. Zerorez did a another great job on the carpet. I’m sold.

We have used Zerorez for many years and have always been thrilled with the results. Our carpet looks fantastic! Our steps, which always seem dirtier than the rest of the carpet, come out so clean, it’s hard to believe it’s not new carpet.
The techs who have worked on our carpet are always there on time and very professional!
Zerorez always sends at least 3 reminder emails and also a text message.

Gabriel and Ron were wonderful! It was our first time using Zerorez and we’re happy we chose them. They called before their arrival and he first thing we did was walk through and talked about each area that needed certain treatments and/or extra attention. They made some recommendations, we agreed and they started right away. I also appreciated that they wore shoes covers the entire time too. When they told me about “flooding” and cleaning the subfloors, I was a little concerned about it taking ages to dry or it smelling weird, but it wasn’t bad at all! When they were done it was only very slightly damp, and we could walk and do whatever on it immediately. We did decide to not move any furniture back until the next day, but the majority was pretty dry in 5-6 hours and the heavily treated spots completely dry in 24. No weird smells left at all. They also protected our hardwoods from the water hose by laying things down and put corner Garuda where needed. They were thorough and extremely efficient. Probably finished from arrival to packed up in 2 hours. This was covering :4 rooms, 2 stair landings, stairs, and a hallway. Various stains and accidents (food, markers, paint, baby spit up, chocolate milk, puppy potty training accidents of every kind, even black ink) have been lifted. I’d recommend and hire them again.

I appreciate how easy it was to schedule my appointment and then also change it when we decided to delay our service by a few weeks.

The technician that came was fast, courteous and thorough. He explained what he would do, was clear about the pricing and options before he started, and then had us walk the places he cleaned before he left to make sure we were satisfied. I appreciated that he was honest about some tough stains that he tried to remove and he let us know it was hard to tell if it really lifted all the way while it was wet. He recommended we call back if it was still there to try and remove it again. The rest of the carpets looked great, but unfortunately there were still a few hard to remove stains that appeared once our carpet dried, so we called back for a repeat visit. Again it was really easy to schedule a return and this technician was equally courteous, fast and thorough. He also explained what he was doing and asked us to double check when he was finished. The second cleaning seemed to get most of the spots out and we really appreciate having clean, fresh carpets again. We also love that there weren't tons of harsh chemicals used to clean our floors. Thank you so much for great service and we will definitely call in the future for our next carpet cleaning!
