Good quality products and professional service.
Employees are always professional. After arrival they ask to be shown areas they will be cleaning. As they work they explain each step of the process. Always have good attitudes. The products you use get out the worse spots on the carpet and does not leave any residue, dries fairly quickly. Our floor tiles look so clean and shiny.
The technicians are always polite, and my carpet looks amazing when they are finished. Everything is clean and smells good.
Our technician, Lucas, did a marvelous job! Our basement carpet looks like new. He was considerate and polite, explained the billing and options well. Overall, we are very pleased and will be bragging about Zerorez to everyone at our Thanksgiving dinner.
