I had a really depressing situation that Zero Rez helped me resolve.
Carpet is two weeks old. The housekeeper vacuumed and her vacuum blew soot from the fireplace over a huge area of the new (light) carpet.
Beau and Joey were able to come the next day. They worked and worked on the area and were able to get it clean. They were so nice and supportive; they understood how upsetting it was for me to think my new carpet was ruined.
I can’t say enough about how great my experiences with Zero Rez have been but this one really was amazing.

Ben and Tyrell arrived as scheduled, assessed the task, then worked thoroughly, quickly, and in close coordination to clean four large rugs expertly and efficiently.
I especially appreciate their efficiency because I expected to lose half a day, then they beat that by a lot - and their results are EXCELLENT! Gaining 2 or 3 hours due to Ben's and Tyrell's top level performance is sort of like found money (for the customer)!

I like the fact that the products did not have a perfume smell. The one product smelled like orange peels but no way over bearing! The product cleaned the worst spot in the house so you never knew it was there!
