Carpets weren't "soaked" when the technician, Lucas,, left. As my daughter commented "the carpets are so soft and fluffy".
The communication and reminders of the appointment were nice without being over the top. Lucas was in time and did a great job. My carpets were a disaster as my other guy basically disappeared and I have had my carpets cleaned in years. They look almost new. Definitely will be making another appointment and have already told my family members about Zerorez, as they are also looking for a new carpet cleaning company

My aunt kept insisting that I change my carpet people from Stanley Steamer to you. When your gentleman came the first time, he used a UV light to check the carpet. I checked my walk in closet which Stanley Steamer had told me it was perfectly clean when I had my first dog, Molly. Molly died and I now have Wendy. Wendy has never been in the walk in closet. I bought my own UV light and was shocked at the mess on the carpet in the closet. So, I paid for all the stain removal for pets. What a difference to include the pad of the carpet.
The gentlemen that have come to clean my carpets have been very complete, answered all my questions and did a very thorough job. I am very pleased.
