He was prompt, considerate, explained everything well to both my father who was present and then to me over the phone which I very much appreciated.
The carpets look and smell wonderful.
But wait, there’s more….during the time that Alex was there one of my dogs escaped the yard and was caught by a passerby. That person brought my pup to the front door and Alex brought her safely into the house.
I cannot tell you how much that means to me. It shows his good soul along with his good work ethic.
