I especially like the natural non toxic and non residue products used by Zero Rez.

I was very pleased with my service. Jeremy was on time, as well as extremely professional. The carpets at the condo I just moved to were pretty dirty. Jeremy pretreated everything first.
The water he used was very hot. I could see the steam rolling up as he worked. I looked out into the living room as he was cleaning, and I could actually see that side of the room was much lighter then the side he had not.
He did a great job.
I will use you again and tell others. I wish we could buy the spot cleaner with the peroxide to keep spots clean in between visits.

Evan was very knowledgeable and thorough. Services were explained well. The service, overall, was performed well and I'm happy with results, for the most part. I did purchase the subsurface pet treatment. After seeing result for that, I wish I had not done it. There is more discoloring afterwards. The bio topical pet treatment was good and happy with those results.

Did a great job, and unlike some other cleaners got up the cleaning products residue from past cleanings. Was very satisfied with how prompt, thorough, and quick services were performed.

Overall you've always been excellent. This last service call we have to say the technician seemed a bit rushed and didn't do as good of job as normal. Missed some spots on the carpet and didn't get the title as clean as previous time.
