Technician was very professional and prompt. My apartment environment feels amazing.

The tech spent a few hours at my house and cleaned my basement carpet properly. My carpet looks and smells like new again. Drying time was only a few hours and my carpet wasn’t crunchy from detergent. The tech was passionate about doing a good job and he was very friendly.

Got me in first thing in the morning. Prior to the cleaning nice gentleman came in our office. Estimated a price for our 1000 sq.ft. thought it was a great deal. Came days later. They were efficient and fast. looked like new carpet. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

The technicians I have had have been friendly, knowledgeable, informative and done great jobs. The last time I had you come out I was quite sure I was going to need to replace my whole carpet because of a few spots, but you got them out perfectly - my whole carpet looked new.

Healthy option and fast drying

We had some very stubborn stains in a few places on our carpets and Greg did an outstanding job in removing them, in addition to a very thorough cleaning of our carpets. He was the very best technician we've had in our many years of having Zerorez clean our carpets.
