Eduardo and Jacob were amazing! They called prior to arriving at my home, and communicated with me throughout the process about what they were doing and any areas of concern they found. I had them price out addition services for me but they were not pushy about adding the services. I appreciated their friendliness and hard work. I would hire Zerorez again without hesitation.

I have been using Zerorez for about 9 years now. I have always loved the workmanship but this last visit was the BEST EVER! Taylor and Carlos did a fantastic job and they were able to get two areas that had imbedded dirt the past few years, cleaner than in the past. These areas now match the rest of my white carpet. Thanks to these 2 fine gentlemen and to ZEROREZ!!!
