Our tech was very good - and he tried really hard to get the furniture stains out of our carpet. He got a lot of the stain out, but our pale carpet is dappled with pale orange from the stains that wicked from furniture sitting on a damp carpet. I don't fault him for that; some stains won't come out and he tried hard.
