I was super impressed with the entire process, from booking online all the way through to the actual service, The communication sent explained everything we needed to know. The tech showed up in the promised window. He was very professional, told us how long he thought he would be, and the carpet looks great. It was dry that evening. We had our basement carpet cleaned. Will definitely be scheduling the rest of the house this spring!
I like how clean everything looked after you completed the job. The machine was not loud; the product smelled nice not overbearing, it produced a good clean smell and production, it was not cumbersome or overbearing, really user friendly. The service was performed by a competent, personable young man who delivered services with a friendly open airy personality, yet very professional. He was so helpful; willing to move furniture, answer questions. He was so calm, he was like the guy next-door so positive with a good work attitude. I felt he was trustworthy and as I went about my work he performed his. However, he was also mindful to continuously check-in with me so we were on the same page. It was a beautiful experience.
