The service was easy to schedule and there was good communication throughout. The technician, Carlos, was fast, efficient and thorough. The only problem was hearing the scheduler on the phone due to persistent sound issues.
Our servicer, Miles, was so thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail. He explained the details behind different textiles, stain types, and what that means for our carpet and furniture care. He went above and beyond to clean our carpets, treating a few puppy stains along the way with ease and professionalism. Also, he was very kind and patient as I decided what services to proceed with to make my quote more affordable. Two days later and my carpets and rugs are so clean, and it smells fresher in my home! I will use ZeroRez again.

I can’t rave enough about Zero Rez. What a fantastic experience! Our technician, Ryan, was so thorough and professional, and my carpets look brand new. I’m so thrilled!! Having the carpets professionally cleaned is 1000% worth the cost. I could never do such a great job on my own with my home machine. The very best in Carpet cleaning. Their process is Eco friendly and the effectiveness is bette than harsh methods used by other firms. Also, the cleaning techs are super careful and always most curitious. Lastly, the drying time is always many hours faster than the competition.

We had an old, old cat and a new puppy at the same time and you can imagine the "accidents" that happened. We contacted Zerorez to come up and help with the stains and smells. Michael came and spent the afternoon treating and cleaning the carpets and the difference is amazing. He explained the entire process, gave us an accurate estimate and got right to work. A very pleasant and competent young man! A couple of hours later, just like a new house. Thanks Zerorez!!!
