The office staff were friendly and professional even though I had to reschedule twice due to circumstances. The service person was also friendly and professional, took time to answer questions and did a great job on our carpets and area rug. We like the lack of cleaning solution smell once completed also.

Zerorez has always done a great job cleaning the carpets in my home. The technicians are always friendly and address all of my concerns. They do the job efficiently and quickly and leave my home smelling almost like it's brand new. No weird chemical smells left behind - just fresh clean smelling and looking carpets.

Technician was very professional, prompt, and offered options. He made sure I wanted to continue when my couch was larger than I thought. He also questioned whether I still wanted to go on after he saw some stains weren't going to come out. ( which I knew)
