Carpets are clean and cleaning chemicals are pet friendly.
They cleaned the side walls of each stair step. I have not seen anyone do that ever.

Different techniques and services offered
Ben, the technician, called to ask if he could come early and we said absolutely, yes. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. The upholstery looks great. He applied a protectant as we requested but I noticed that there was a lot of overspray onto our wood floors which I had to clean up afterwards. That was the only negative. Otherwise, we would definitely use Zerorez again.
