First of all I liked your tech's customer service. I like the idea that you don't pump soap into my carpet.
You don't use toxic cleaners. You get alot of water out of the carpet - it dries really fast. I like the grass and paint guards you put up so there's no scuffing and my grass doesn't take a beating.
