We scheduled carpet cleaning for a house we moved from recently. Because the house was void of any furniture , we wanted the service person to give us a 30 minute call before arriving so we could drive the 5 miles to open the door for him. The service person was prompt! We left before he was totally finished but completed the payment and paperwork. He was transparent with the fact his equipment scratched a piece of door jamb with his equipment. I appreciate his honesty!
We asked him to lock the doors as he left. We communicated by cell phone when he finished.

My service rep arrived right on time. Did a wonderful job cleaning, explained to me everything he was doing, and after he was finished he invited me to look at the carpeting that he had cleaned and told me exactly what he had done. I was very pleased with the results. His name is Ron. I believe he’s one of the trainers at Zero Rez. Very personable, I would have him back in a heartbeat. I also told him he could let you know that I have 44-year-old carpeting in my house, and he almost made it look like it was new!
