You've always done a good job cleaning the carpets. You have to figure out a better way to price in your $25 water disposal fee. That was 25% of the price to clean the carpets.

The other thing I would mention is sometimes the hard upsell is put on. This time, the gentleman was trying without being annoying. The last person was annoying and that is why it's been so long since we've used you until recently.

On Tuesday, February 13th, I phoned Zerorez to schedule an appointment to have my upstairs carpets cleaned. To my pleasant surprise, a time window was available the very next day. Your technician, David D’Alesandro, called me well within the time window to say that he was about 30 minutes from arriving at my house. When he arrived, he was very friendly and courteous in greeting me. Before he brought in his equipment, we took a tour of my upstairs. He did a very thorough survey asking questions and making comments. I was very pleased with his knowledge in communicating with me. As he was working, he would occasionally ask me to look at what had been accomplished so far. Since he was so thorough and confident, I asked him how long he had been with Zerorez. I was astonished when he told me that he had been on his own for less than a week. I would have estimated that he had been with the company for 2 or 3 years he was that knowledgable. Needless to say, I was even more impressed with him. I even asked if I could request him when I schedule my next appointment. If that is possible, I would like to do so. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest), I would give him an 11. Well done, David! This is also the reason I have been a satisfied Zerorez customer for over 8 and one half years. Thank you.
