Taylor was very professional. He went over my quote and made adjustments that we needed.
We were going to send a floor rug to be cleaned in the office. He said that it would be very expensive and suggested that he just clean it in the house. He saved us lots of money. He finished the job in a timely fashion, and all are carpets look great.

We were very impressed with the quality of service and the results of the carpet cleaning we received from Zerorez Denver. They were able to come out within a day of me contacting them. Our tech, Jacob, was very friendly and professional. His knowledge of their products and services was topnotch, and he was very helpful when explaining and recommending the services we needed. The process was quick, drying time needed was minimal and the results were exceptional with no strong perfume or chemical odor. I also appreciated Jacob's attention to detail with minimal lines that were all symmetrical. He was also very clean, wearing booties when entering our home, placing runners any place he walked and leaving no residue behind. We highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely use them again!

The Service tech was on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. Presented in a professional manner. Got right to work after letting me know how he was going to proceed. I informed him of a few concerns which he addressed. We were very pleased with the way our carpets looked. I would definitely request him again and recommend him to others.
