Client Testimonials

Responsive, thorough, non-alergenic.

Your techs were informative, telling me what they were doing and so far, I am very well pleased with the results of the cleaning.

Carpets look great. It got rid of the smell and the works were very polite and professional.

Polite and timely . They did a very good job and were cheerful.

I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. I was notified 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the carpet cleaner who was obviously experienced in what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and gave me advice on spot cleaning on my own. I was extremely happy with the cleaning results especially when the carpet dried with no stiffness. Zerorez is now MY carpet cleaner.

I liked that it is "green", the friendly people working for you, and arrived when they said they would arrive.

My carpet looks very nice.

Indeed, it is refreshing in this business called "life" to have someone cleaning my dirty carpet who looks and acts professional. The employees are far more clean-cut and business-like than my home based business. Now that the carpets are clean it will be a close race to see who will achieve the results.

The finished look

Josh and Jack were very curtious, explained the service and how the process worked. They walked the carpet with me to find out any stains that needed special attention. They asked questions about when the carpet was last cleaned and old it was and recommended the special coating, but were not pushy with the sale. The carpet is a very light tan color with speckles and it came out great! and it also dried very quickly.

The time and effort that Ray put into cleaning our carpet. He took pride in his work and the ZeroRez product/service

Great service, excellent cleaning, really nice staff.

The carpet looks great and the service was beyond compare. Dean(tech)was extremely knowledgable and was so helpful.

THE STAINS ARE REALLY, REALLY GONE - THE SERVICE IS BEST EVER - AND YOUR TECHS ARE SO HELPFUL AND THEY LISTEN -- HE FOLLOWED ME AROUND TO SOME "SECRET" PLACES/SPOTS AND REMEMBERED EVERY REQUEST I MADE ---- I LIKE BEING ABLE TO 'ADD' A CLEANING , WHICH I DID - HAVING FORGOTTEN TO PUT THAT IN MY ORIGINAL PHONE CALL. NO PROBLEM - THANKS - M.Last name removed
