Client Testimonials
The technicians are very helpful and efficient. They are careful in your home and pretty quick with the work.
We had all the carpets cleaned in the house we recently purchased and with the exception of two spots (which we were told by the technician before he started cleaning that they probably could not remove them and they might require a "patch"), all the carpeting now looks like brand new carpeting. I appreciated his honesty. I think our carpeting is even cleaner now than new carpeting, because of the sanitizing that is used by Zerorez. Dennis Prager is correct when he states that it's the best. I plan to have two club chairs and ottomans cleaned by Zerorez before too long. It's good to know that one company can do many things and do them well, to help our home look good and at the same time be healthy.
The two workers were very professional and worked really hard to get the job done. However, there were some spots that were not cleaned to our satisfaction. However, in the workers defense the spots showed up after the carpet dried.
There is no soap left in the carpets and they stay clean longer.
For the record, I was a bit disappointed this time. There were three or four spots left in the carpet after thery were cleaned.
Customer service was great from the first contact through to the end of the service.
When I got home from work I was pleasently suprised at how clean and fresh the house smelled. The carpet looked GREAT and the results far exceeded the competition! My wife said the tech was pleasent and did a great job! We are done looking for a good service because we just found a GREAT ONE!

Professional service, fantastic "clean"cleaning makes the carpets and rugs like new.
Chemicals not going into the carpet; Carpets seem to stay clean longer
no chemicals - did a great job and got out stains no one else could
I like the technicans that have come to my home. They are very polite and very clean and very informative and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my carpet cleaning and hope my draperies will leave me as well pleased.
Your service was everything you advertised it to be. I especially appreciated the way the employee asked if there was anywhere I would like him to go over again before he put the hose away. I had him do a small high traffic area again and am sooo pleased with how it all turned out. Thank you
Your product is the only one that cleans our carpets well and leaves no residue to collect dirt. Our carpets stay cleaner longer.

Pleasant worker, got the job done quickly and thoroughly.
The stains that were there and I thought would never come out are gone. My carpets look great.
fast and easy
Carpet cleaned up amazingly well. It dried without that stiff, crunchy texture that is usual with other cleaners.
The techs were very knowledgeable in answering questions. Initial estimate was on target except for the cleaning of my sofa. They told me that due to the fact they were slipcovers, I should have them dry cleaned.
Arrived when promised. Timeliness. Efficiency. Explaination of service and the process. Thumbs up
This may be a duplicate but, we were totally satisfied with Jerry's work ethic and his attention to details.
It is a pleasure to have someone like Jerry who is competent and reliable.
However, he did leave his rake and you may claim it whenever.

Your cleaning process really works. My carpets look better than they have in years!
The men who performed the work were knowledgable, hard working and very polite. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.
The cleaning quality was/is better than any other carpet cleaning I've ever had! The stains that I need cleaned are gone and I was afraid they may never come out. The service men where very polite, clean and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
it is a tremendous product with great results.
My carpets always get squeaky clean and dry fast. The cleaners are also very good about calling to let you know when they will be there, they are polite and also very careful to protect corners, wipe up any liquid that might get on the floor. Highly professional. I have recommended your company to family and friends and will continue to do so.
