What keeps me a customer of Zerorez is the fact that no chemicals are used in cleaning, resulting in soft carpet, not crunchy carpet. High traffic areas come out clean and the carpet looks like new! Thanks Zerorez!

I feel the technicians do a really good job and are professional and courteous. The only draw back was the one individual who came out and did an estimate really blew the estimate which caused time delay. The end product was great
