Good deep carpet cleaning
The cleaning was quick, thorough, and dried very quickly. The carpet looks like new again! Bill took the time to explain the process, so I understood the Zerotrez cleaning process.
For pets —great! Carpet cleaning.
The technician, Jacob, was very friendly and very helpful. We had a unique situation because our dog was having an allergic reaction to a carpet cleaning by another company and Jacob was great at trying to figure out the best way to clean the carpets and get the chemicals/fragrances out of the carpets while also making sure he used the best possible procedure to not add any other possible allergens in. Our dog has been much healthier since he treated the carpets!

Everything was smooth! From booking to clean-out, the people at ZeroRez delivered a quick, seamless experience. After the initial clean-out, our dryer continued to dry clothing very slowly. When ZeroRez called me to follow up on how things went, I simply told them that the dryer was still not operating fully, and they immediately booked a second appointment at no charge. When the technician arrived, he could easily have been surly and annoyed at the prospect of doing the same thing all over again, but both times he was cheery and helpful! A pleasure to work with the folks over there at ZeroRez.
