MY CARPETS LOOK GOOD - BUT $429. WAS A LITTLE STEEP - AND MORE THAN I EXPECTED TO PAY, BASED ON ORIGINAL ESTIMATE THAT I RECEIVED OVER PHONE.

Great customer service. Carpets are clean, and it was done quickly. The carpets dried within a couple hours with the fans blowing on them. Called in on two occasions to change the date and add on more rooms and stairs. Very happy.

The service was great, the guy who did my carpets did a good job, explained everything, but is still a salesman, trying to sell up I wish the price would just be correct at first for everything instead of trying to sell your customers up on other services, three rooms doesn’t seem like a reasonable number for a house. I would think four or five would be the beginning but overall good service kudos to the service man who did the job.

They were fast and took care to explain service and limitations to my mom. Overall did a very good job.

We like that it is a chemical free cleaning that really works.
